Please, please get the kitchen back in order More
Willowwood continues to be outstanding, always good, I'd like to say that about Underwood but no longer can. Burger was dry even though I ordered it medium rare, bacon was hard, obviously it had been cooked way before and the amount of cheese on the burger suggested that the kitchen ran out when they made my burger. Both of these dishes were my go to's along with the now off the menu duck and lentils. This last dinner Sunday night, I had the burger with bacon and gorgonzola. Arugula totally overdressed and the fries were just ok which is unfortunate as they were the best in Sonoma County. Steak frites, steak was ok a touch overdone, not enough to send it back but not medium rare as ordered. Unfortunately, the last two dinners we've had have been. Consistently great food, great bar, good service. Underwood and it's sister restaurant across the street, Willowwood, have been two of our go to places for as long as I can remember, 20 some years or more.
